This is one of our favorite places to be during the summer. It features a swimming hole, swimming pool, snack shack, restrooms, and a changing room. There’s also BBQ grills and picnic tables, and they encourage you to bring your own food and snacks (no alcohol allowed).
The quarry is clean and has life guards, tubes on a 1st come basis, and diving boards. I was skeptical about swimming in quarry water as it could be very dangerous, but it is tested often and they will close if levels are unsafe. It’s a bit cheaper during the week at $23 pp and $28 on the weekends. I find it to be worth it, especially if you stay all day.
