Hi guys!!! Was bringing my friends around DUMBO and the iconic Manhattan Bridge view and we stumbled across Time Out Market just round the corner. There were tons of food and drinks vendors featuring Asian, Western, Mediterranean cuisines and more. There was also boba!! š§
šThings I liked:
- Lots of food options
-Great location
- varied cuisines
- Boba shop
- Service staff were efficient
šThings I dislike:
- Everything seemed overpriced, even for NYC standards
- Seating during peak hours was hard to get
Overall I would give the experience 7/10. Wouldnāt be running back here soon but good options to dine with large groups who are picky eaters. We also took a short walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park afterwards to enjoy the beautiful night views. ...More

First off I must say it is super crowded here on the weekends, but they have a Rib special that I had to try, the meat practically fell apart and was seasoned well, and all the sides were amazing, moist rice, great mac & cheese and the Dominican cornbread with honey butter was incredible, highly recommended just be prepared to wait. ššæ And the live music is a nice vibe as well. ...More

Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge is an iconic and unforgettable experience, perfect for anyone visiting or living in New York City. Starting in DUMBO and ending in Manhattanāor vice versaāoffers a scenic journey with breathtaking views of the city skyline, the East River, and the Statue of Liberty in the distance. Last summer, I took the route from Manhattan to DUMBO, and it was an absolute delight. The walk took us about 30 minutes, including plenty of stops to snap photos of the stunning views. Itās a great way to combine light exercise with sightseeing, all while soaking in the vibrant energy of the city.
No matter which direction you choose, make sure to explore DUMBO on the Brooklyn side. This trendy neighborhood is full of charm, from its cobblestone streets to its thriving food scene. One of my favorite spots to visit is the Time Out Market, which features a curated selection of local eateries, including Jacobās Pickles for comfort food and Cecconiās for upscale Italian dishes. Even if youāre not hungry, the market is a handy place to stop for a bathroom break or simply to relax and enjoy the view from its rooftop.
While in DUMBO, donāt miss the chance to take a photo on Water Street. This popular spot is where you can capture the iconic view of the Manhattan Bridge framed perfectly by brick buildings, including the fictional Humphrey family loft featured in *Gossip Girl*. Itās a picture-perfect moment youāll want to share.
For some nostalgic fun, hop on Janeās Carousel, a beautifully restored vintage carousel located right on the waterfront. Tickets are just $3, making it an affordable and delightful way to add some whimsy to your day. And if youāre craving something sweet, head over to the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory for a scoop of their delicious, creamy ice creamāa perfect treat after your walk....More
