Went to Scarpetta for a Birthday and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time. This place was very upscale and the service was so nice as the waiter was really attentive and helpful.
My favorite dishes were the polenta, ravioli cacio e pepe and their espresso budino and cheesecake desserts. We actually didn’t try their signature spaghetti because we aren’t huge spaghetti fans but that is something their known for.
Apparently, theirs a speak easy underneath thats hard to get into and we didn’t have reservations for since we didn’t know about it until then. The food was good, definitely small appetizers like a lot of fine dining places but I honestly thought they give a really big portion of pasta, definitely more than I was expecting and more than I’ve had at other fine dining Italian restaurants!...More
