after it being hyped up so much, especially after multiple locations opened in nyc, i was expecting more from raising canes. i've had it a few times now, and its just mediocre. there's nothing special about the chicken or fries and the sauce is way too salty. i've felt sick every time after eating raising canes. and it's not just a fast food or fried chicken thing, because i eat popeyes and i'm fine. the one thing i do like about raising canes is the texas toast. ...More

So we tried Raising Canes on 42nd st.
What to expect:
It’s odee crowded here but luckily they have a lot of space towards the back of the restaurant.If you’re looking for somewhere with more of a vibe you could try the Raising Canes on Jay st Metrotech.
We got the three piece combo and both of our food came up to a total of like 30$ which in my opinion is cheaper than a date at McDonald’s.
The food is good but if you know 😗 the sauce is the hype. You gotta dip everything in the sauce for the full experience ✨The bread is odee good too🤌🏽

never had raising canes before until last night and I cannot wait to go back. It was an Elvis disco themed restaurant and the food came out so quick within about 5 mins after ordering even though it was packed. They are known for their “cane sauce” and it did not disappoint 10/10. They also have chicken sandwiches but I’m a chicken tender girl at heart. Cannot wait to go back.
