If you’re looking for affordable, flavorful, and good Italian food, Parm is your spot📍. They have three 3️⃣ locations in Manhattan🏙️. The rigatoni carbone🍝 is my absolute FAV. I tried the calamari and Italian fries and they were both cooked to perfection👌. They have happy hour🍹 Mon-Fri from 4-7⏰ which is also a plus.
