Oiji Mi, located in Manhattan’s Flatiron district, offers a refined and modern interpretation of Korean cuisine. The restaurant’s ambiance is a harmonious blend of sleek, modern design with subtle nods to traditional Korean aesthetics, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. The dining experience centers around a five-course prix fixe menu, priced at $150 per person. Dishes like the Oiji Bowl, featuring creamy uni and sweet shrimp over seaweed rice, and the Dry-Aged Duck with potato dumplings in a chorizo broth, showcase the chef’s innovative approach to traditional flavors. Service is attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. The beverage program, curated by a former beverage director of a two-Michelin-starred establishment, offers a selection of wines and inventive cocktails that complement the menu. Overall, Oiji Mi stands out as a noteworthy destination for those seeking an elevated Korean dining experience in New York City....More
