No phones were allowed inside but I got a shot of the yoga studio location where the event was held.
Basically, this was an incredible Friday night where I got to share in spiritual movement with a warm welcoming community. At the end there was a meditative sound bath and sharing circle.
Would highly recommend if you are interested in moving your body as a way to connect to others and yourself.
they said they do it every month on the 3rd Friday. ...More
