As someone who dreamed of living in Williamsburg + Greenpoint for two years and finally moved to the area this summer, I'm excited to share all my favorite spots!
I didn't include everything in the picture, but I put everything in the caption below!
☕️ Coffee
- KIJITORA: This is the place for real matcha—so thick! I’m from Asia, and I promise this is the closest to what I had in Japan.
- Odd Fox Coffee: Love their coffee! It's also a great place to work. Everyone minds their own business, and the vibe is super chill.
🥐 Bakery
- Radio Bakery: YOU MUST COME HERE! I’ve been three times—the Pistachio Croissant, Lunch Sandwich, and Apple Pie are insane. It usually has a wait, so I go on weekday mornings before heading to the office to skip the line.
🍻 Happy Hour
- TALEA Beer Co: They serve coffee, beer, and have plenty of space to work—such a great remote work spot!
- Fette Sau: They do beer and BBQ (their BBQ is a hidden gem! Highly recommend the beef brisket & pork shoulder). You can come for dinner too!
- Sauced: Not a wine person, but they have a backyard, and the vibe is perfect for chatting.
🛍️ Thrift Store
- Beacon's Closet: It’s a popular spot, and here’s why I go there the most:
1. The place is huge with a wide variety of items, so you’re bound to find something you want.
2. The prices are reasonable—unlike some other thrift stores that are overpriced, you can find a great deal here.
3. You can sell your clothes for cash or in-store credit, then shop again! Super convenient.
🤤 Restaurants (There are so many, so I’ll keep it brief—you won’t regret visiting these!)
- Antidote / Birds of a Feather for Chinese food
- the AM-THAI for Thai food
- Recette for French food
- L'Industrie Pizzeria for pizza
- Beco for Brazilian food
- SCALINO GP / Forma Pasta Factory for Italian food (pasta!)
⛲️ Parks
- McCarren Park
- Domino Park
Enjoy and I really love this area so hope you also love ittttttt, and plz drop your recs!...More
NY Memories
Radio bakery in greenpoint is my favorite bakery in the city. I’ve visited multiple times and loved every pastry and sandwich I’ve gotten.
There’s typically a line on weekends but it moves fast, I would come with friends so you can split more items!
There’s limited seating outside the bakery. The menu changes seasonally, I would check their instagram to see what they have currently!...More

I’m a firm believer that Greenpoint has one of the most underrated food scenes, and Radio Bakery is an excellent example!
The cafe/bakery has an extensive assortment of both savory sandwiches (I recommend one on their focaccia) and sweet pastries. The earl grey morning bun was absolutely to die for, and something I will definitely be returning for!
There was a decent sized line (maybe ~20 people) on a Saturday early afternoon, but it went relatively quickly, and I think I only waited up to 15 mins tops....More

Everyone needs to go get this croissant from Radio Bakery in Greenpoint before tomato season ends!! Radio Bakery is a coveted spot in Greenpoint with a line consistently down the block. SO worth it tho. @...More
