If you haven't have Malatang before it's Chinese and translates over to numbing spicy soup. Some places specialize in malatang as a full on sit down for a couple hours hot pot experience, but consider this a fast casual version. 😋💨
How it works - 1) grab a big bowl and tongs beside this stand of ingredients, 2) diy pick what you want for your bowl, 3) bring it over to the cashier to weigh $15/lb and choose a soup base, 4) sit down w your number someone will bring it out when it's ready, 5) make a sauce at the sauce bar! 🍲🥢
They have a couple soup bases but the spicy base is really the way to go!!! if you can't handle spice get it mild/ no spice, it's still the most flavorful. Always hits the spot too if you're feeling under the weather. ENJOY 🥵...More
