The Wissahickon Trail is massive! There's several sections to explore, no part like the other. I love hiking here during the spring. The air is fresh, the animals appearing, the creek flows heavily. The trails aren't too intense so it's fun for friends or family. Plenty of places to take pictures, sit and chat, or even fish.
There are a lot of people and pets on the trail so I'd recommend going a bit early!...More
