ABOUT US The Westchester Tai Chi Center is the largest Tai Chi school in Westchester County, New York. Our program was originally developed as part of the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital’s former community wellness program and has roots that go back more than twenty-five years. We hold our in-person classes at a brand new facility at St. Gregory's Church in White Plains, New York, and offer online classes as well. Our program draws on Taoist concepts and takes a traditional approach to teaching the internal arts.
