Too much meat is a good thing😆
I was craving pho during lunch, so I’m so happy that a new pho spot just opened in Lawrenceville. One of my Viet friends mentioned it leans more toward Northern Vietnamese style, which makes sense—the broth tasted a little different from the pho I’m used to, but in a good way. I really loved the thick noodles they use, and the meat quality was top tier. One of my coworkers said, “the real test is the peanut sauce,” and honestly, I was impressed—it was super flavorful. I also spotted trays of fresh bread on the counter, so I’m definitely coming back to try their Banh mi next time!...More
