I was out with my boyfriend to shop and we were looking for a place to eat - and we just walked into this small Sushi place on Union Turnpike.
Immediately, the vibes are there. The music is really unique, lighting is cozy, staff is extremely professional and helpful.
We had some trouble picking between ALL the options they have - Sushi, Sashimi, Special rolls, Appetizers (Gyoza, Shumai, Tempura, Tataki, Calamari etc.), Lunch Platters, Teriyaki, Udon - SO MUCH GOOD FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM! The person that took our orders was really helpful and sweet and also remembered that I’d mentioned I didn’t want anything raw when helping us decide.
They started us off with our choice of beverages (Water and Iced Tea) and some complimentary Miso Soup. We ordered three of the Special Rolls - Caterpillar Roll, Tokyo Roll, Fancy Salmon Roll - and Tempura Udon Noodle Soup.
All of the food tasted SO GOOD and the portion sizes were very filling. They also looked so aesthetically pleasing - I forgot to take pictures of some of them before we had already started eating😭
Then they also gave us one of the special rolls - Sweet Potato Mango roll - ON THE HOUSE!
It was a great experience, great find in an area that a lot of people don’t really talk much about on here.
