The locals all know the most authentic Korean restaurants in New York are nestled in Queens. This is no exception. Right across the street from the Broadway LIRR station lies a Korean BBQ shop that specializes in pork and cold noodles (Naengmyeon)
🥘 The grill is basically as large as the table you’re seated on so you know the portions are going to be big
🍜 The main draw here is the kimchi cold noodle served in an ice bowl which keeps it cold the entire meal and I don’t know any other place in the city that does this! Best part is that it’s only $14 for a huge serving. We were even able to repurpose it to chill our makgeolli afterwards.
The food is tasty, the service is welcoming, and it provides great novelty factor without the high price tag....More
