My legs are JELLO! We used some weights and focused on only our glutes. I took this class with the instructor Lidiia O. I recommend her for inferno hot Pilates and FAB. Great motivator! I’m wiped from this class! So good! The furnace just opened up the 2nd floor for these forge classes, super cute!
