If you’re looking for really fun coffee and/or fun cocktails, the Duo Coffee Bar in Flushing is definitely worth the visit. I live in the neighborhood and really enjoy working out of the cafe and enjoying some of their innovative drinks like the Tiramasu Latte or Crème Brûlée Latte. There are a lot of great drink and dessert options and SO MUCH space. There is also a plant shop at the front and the whole cafe is just so pretty. I went out with friends at night when it turns into a bar. There were beers, wines, and really tasty and pretty mocktails and cocktails. The lychee cocktail was my favorite! There’s plenty of room (with comfy seating) and it’s just a great vibe with lots of late night bites available right nearby too. new cafe/bar in flushing offering unique variety of drinks for everyone.
I ordered their tiramisu latte and the rose lychee tea. The latte was so good the perfect level of sweetness (I got 70% sugar) However the rose lychee tea just tasted like straight up tea… like rose tea. I didn’t get a hint of lychee at all, I think I could have also asked for 70% sugar (I ordered 50% thinking it would be sweet…)
I’ve also ordered their caramel latte and warmed blueberry bagel 🥯🫐. Both were good def recommend eating the bagel while it’s still warm tho 😭
So far I’ve only tried their coffee someone lmk what their bar is like 😉...More

While seeking refuge from the winter wind to indulge on my frivolous quest for a sweet treat, I came across “duo bar”. Walking in, I was welcomed by the smooth melody of jazz and a corner dedicated to plants. lots of plants. the sight of green succulents and colorful bouquets precluded me from any spells of indecision. i was going to have not just any matcha latte, but a strawberry matcha. in the sea of mediocre, watered down matcha lattes in nyc, this was on the richer side. it was very sweet at 70%, so id request 30-50% sugar. ...More
