Going to the movies is a great way to beat the heat. The Lot has cushy reclining seats and food and drinks can be ordered at your seat.
They also have a restaurant and bar on their patio. Their flatbread and brussels are really good, and fun to share before heading into a movie. You can also get happy hour bites and drinks inside the restaurant.
