I went to my first Pilates class at Pilates Studio International in Williamsburg. It was an orientation class in which beginners can learn how to use the reformer machine and appropriate form for each exercise. We had an instructor and there were television screens throughout the studio instructing us. This was a great deal 6 classes for $60.
I signed up for the deal on the website and received a call from one of the employees the next day, she went over the details and I booked my first class. I had a great experience and booked my next class right after I left this one. ...More
