⭐️ I feel like Soufflé pancakes are becoming quite popular but this was my first time trying them and they’re definitely worth the hype! And I’m typically a waffle over pancakes gal lol They were fluffy, so soft, and very yummy! 🥞 They have multiple flavors. They also offered other special desserts like the croissant cube, banana pudding, crème brûlée, and drinks! *they have way more options at their physical store according to their website* 🧸 At the holiday market popup, they were also selling super cute merch and plushies! 💲Prices are always high at holiday markets in general, and most of the time not worth it. In this case, I would say not worth it for the holiday market price. I paid about $17 for the S’mores (haha) pancakes. Size was way too small for that price. But it was good! 📍 I tried this place at Herald Square Holiday Market (NOW CLOSED), but they do have a physical store in LIC: 42-60 Crescent St, Long Island City, NY 1110 🔗 https://www.softbite.us/ ...More

📍Soft Bite; LIC, NYC On Sunday I took my little sister to brunch. I didn’t want to go far so I searched restaurants close to my neighborhood. Soft Bite attracted me with its soufflé pancakes. And for few weeks around February 14th they are serving the Valentine Special! Fluffy pancakes with pink cotton candy, ice cream and rock candy. We ordered lychee and strawberry matchas, and some overnight oatmeal to start. Wow! We ended up purchasing two more cups to go for breakfast the next day. Topped with chia seeds pudding, Japanese shu pudding, homemade granola (which was the most delicious one I’ve had!), and berries. Of course I ended up ordering the pancakes and my sister settled in the breakfast platter which included Japanese sausage, scrambled eggs, French fries, toasts, and mixed greens with roasted sesame dressing. We shared the our meals and it was a perfect combination of sweet and savory. By the entrance/ exit door, the restaurant has a little stand with merch. They were flooded with flowers, and as part of the Valentine’s Day treat I got my sister and myself knitted sunflowers. We had an absolute blast!! I immediately told all my girlfriends about this place and plan to come back soon! ...More
