This is the view from the top of the Sea Girt Lighthouse! Constructed to guide ships moving between Barnegat Light and Hudson Harbor, the Sea Girt Lighthouse is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Knowledgeable volunteers provide tours every few minutes, ending with a climb up into the lantern room. The site is a bit of a hidden gem, so you may even be able to get your own personal guided tour.
