Stumbled upon this new Vietnamese restaurant on South Street on the way to the gym. They have new twists to the classic Viet coffee. The salt foam top being one of them.
The coffee is strong, not too sweet, and the salt foam was a nice touch.
Chatted with the staff a bit. This place opened three months ago. The owners are not new to the food industry so they knew what they were doing with this.
The menu looked to have some classic Vietnamese dishes but also some fusion items. I’ll be back to try the food 🤤
