had my first dinner at rosemary’s in west village & it’s such a cute spot 💡🌿 perfect for a cozy date night or girls night out. super aesthetic, candlelit, very west village vibes.
we started with the ricotta e tartufo nero focaccia & omg 😮💨 it was literally like a cloud—fluffy, whipped, earthy from the truffle, with the tiniest drizzle of honey 🍯✨ honestly the best thing we ordered & totally worth the splurge.
i got the pappardelle verde—beautiful thick green noodles 🍝 creamy sauce, no spice, just a bit too rich for me. glad i tried it though!
everything was tasty & the vibe is 🔥 but heads up—it’s definitely pricey for the portion sizes 💸 so maybe more of a special occasion spot than a weekly dinner....More

Rosemary’s is ALWAYS a great spot for Italian! The ambience is 10/10. Perfect for date nights or a spot to bring friends from out of town! Highly recommend the olive oil cake for dessert. Our favorite pasta was the Tagliatella Bolognese and Rigatoni!...More
