☔️ Perfect for a cozy rainy day as we transition into spring! This past Valentine’s Day, I decided I wanted to do something different than our usual dinner & drinks outing, but still wanted something romantic! Enter date night @ Remedy Place, a luxury “wellness social club”! I had been eyeing this spot for a while (self-care with modern/sleek design!? sign me up!!) and they had a Valentine’s Day promo running for a $50 credit so we decided to check it out 💘
🧖🏽♀️ I called to ask about their different “sauna suites” and although they seem to be different sizes they are priced the same 🤔 I made sure to book/request the larger of the 2 types and it was MUCH larger with his & hers showers (and totally private/not a shared sauna experience)
⏳ We opted for a 1h session but they have shorter (30 min) ones too.
🧊 Cute touches such as engraved ice & chilled towels, CBD drinks with heart stickers, complimentary adaptogenic chocolate
🪷 I loved the line of soaps/lotions/etc. they carry - I wanted to buy some for our home but alas $80 for hand soap is umm… not in the cards 🤣 but it smelled amazing and so fancy!!
🍾 Some ridic aspects like the “water menu” that included a… wait for it… $155 water!!!!!!?! Totally out of touch smh - was not a fan of that ha
😣 Spotify streaming aspect was a bit wonky - couldn’t lower the volume so we opted to go sans music. Still peaceful and relaxing!
🍕 Went around the corner Lucia’s of SoHo for a spinach slice per a Reddit rec - sooo good
🤔 They also offer cryotherapy, cold plunges, IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and a few other crazy-looking wellness procedures… I’m a tad skeptical but intrigued nonetheless… if you try any of those lmk!!
