Tried my first class at Pure Barre last week and had such a great time! It was a 30-minute sampler called “Engage” that gave a taste of all four of their class types—Classic, Empower, Reform, and Align. I loved the mix of low-impact strength training, core work, and stretching. The instructor was super encouraging, and the energy in the studio was really welcoming.
Your first class is free, which is such a great way to try it out with no pressure—and if you enjoy it, they offer a discount on class packs or memberships if you sign up the same day.
