We recently discovered the sweetest little pop-up dining spot at Pier 15 called Pink Pier @ Watermark NYC-and let me tell you, it’s a total spring dream!
The Experience
As the name suggests, everything is pink—from cherry blossom decor to cozy seating areas. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to take a million pictures, and we even spotted a few couples doing their engagement shoots there (and honestly, who can blame them?).
It’s set right on the waterfront, giving you those NYC skyline + floral fantasy vibes.
General admission is $15 per person, and that includes a complimentary drink! You can sit in their adorable heated tents/igloos, so even if the weather turns chilly, your date night is still on!
