First two pictures are fluffy pancakes from cake De Partie: The dishes are made to order and take about 30 minutes, but absolutely worth the wait. I didn’t get a photo, but the pasta was amazing rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Just a heads-up: the pasta portions are on the smaller side (around $13), so don’t expect a huge plate. The fluffy pancakes (if I remember right, about $15) were a standout so light and airy!
Okan: The third photo is from Okan, right next to Nijiya Japanese Supermarket. This place serves authentic Japanese comfort food that’s hard to find elsewhere. The flavors are homey and traditional perfect if you’re craving something truly Japanese. Service can be a little slow due to a low staff-to-customer ratio, but the food more than makes up for it....More
