Oakton Street Antique Centre is another one of my favorite antique malls just outside the city.
Not only do they have great and affordable finds, they also have pictures of Nicolas Cage hidden throughout the store. Nicolas Cage’s head on a squirrels body or his face on an orange, there are truly unexpected pops of Mr. Cage as you peruse the aisles.
As always I never leave empty handed, and one of my favorite things to look for are vintage Chicago postcards! An easy and cheap purchase to bring some Chicago nostalgia to any space. ...More
