What really sets it apart is the streamlined ordering system. As soon as you walk in, you grab a laminated order sheet and a marker, check off exactly what you want, and you’re done in seconds. No need to stand around listing ingredients—super efficient, especially during a lunch rush.
I usually go for the make-your-own salad, and what I love is that they include two proteins as part of the base price. That’s practically unheard of! I always get shrimp and salmon—both are consistently fresh and well-prepared.
