There are two locations for the NY Axe Throwing Range: Long Island and Brooklyn. We decided to check out the one in Brooklyn. You can book ahead and make a reservation for an hour long timeslot (fill out the waiver ahead to save time). Once you arrive, there will be an instructor to explain all the safety rules and tips on how to throw the axe.
Lol this was actually a lot harder than I expected 😅 If you have trouble throwing the axe, the instructor can bring ninja stars to throw instead. Those are easier to work with, but the stars are pointy so be very careful if using them.
There are different game selections you can pick from, such as tic tac toe, darts, etc. My favorite one was aiming at zombies 🧟♂️ That was soo satisfying. Whenever you hit a bullseye, they ring a bell to cheer you on and give you a cute sticker.
I enjoyed my time here and I think this would be fun indoor activity to do with friends or even on a date. You can get a drink here and light bites as well....More
