If you’ve seen my recent posts, you know that my boyfriend and I just started our road trip to Massachusetts yesterday! We spent our first evening at a “Firefly Frolic” event in Lanesborough, MA, and it was so much fun! This event took place at the Mount Greylock Visitor Center which is such a cool space for an event.
We love to learn, and at this event we got to do just that. It started off indoors and we learned all about fireflies from their blinking patterns to their history and how to keep them safe! Did you know there’s 1,900 different firefly species?!😱 Afterwards, we all got nets and went down to the fields to admire them and catch them. Everyone was so sweet and knowledgeable. What an amazing first night of our trip!
