🌉✨ If you’re looking for an underrated NYC experience, the walk across the Manhattan Bridge is a must! 🗽🚶‍♂️ Swipe left to see the stunning views and get a taste of what makes this walk so unique. The Manhattan Bridge offers breathtaking vistas of the skyline and East River, but it’s the sensory overload that truly makes it memorable. 🚆💥 As trains zoom by just inches from the pedestrian walkway, you’ll feel the rumble and hear the roar up close—an exhilarating experience you won’t get on the Brooklyn Bridge. Plus, you’ll encounter far fewer crowds, making it a peaceful escape from the usual tourist spots. 🌆🧘‍♀️ Don’t miss out on this hidden gem! #ManhattanBridge #NYCWalks #HiddenNYC #TravelTips #CityEscape...More

☄️ Incoming hot take ☄️ I prefer walking over the Manhattan bridge over the Brooklyn bridge. 1️⃣ There are A LOT less people like tourists and vendors 2️⃣ It connects two of my favorite neighborhoods: Chinatown and Dumbo 3️⃣ You get great views of downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn 4️⃣ SO much easier to take photos without people in your background Let me know if you agree or not!...More

Most people knows and likes to walk the Brooklyn Bridge, but have you ever walked the Manhattan Bridge? I was in Brooklyn and wanted to walk into Manhattan without getting on the train, so I Google mapped it and instead of the Brooklyn Bridge, it told me to cross the Manhattan Bridge. I thought since I haven’t done that before, why not! A great decision, some beautiful views! You can see the entire Brooklyn bridge and the Manhattan city skyline. The bridge is about 1.3miles long, and starts in DUMBO on the Brooklyn side and ends in Chinatown on the Manhattan side. So you can always plan a day in DUMBO, walk the bridge, and enjoy a meal in Chinatown! The best part? It is not crowded like the Brooklyn Bridge! If you want to bike across the 2 boroughs, I would say, Manhattan Bridge it, NEVER Brooklyn Bridge, you’ll just find yourself frustrated trying to get around everyone. Hope you enjoy if you plan to cross it one day! @summerhikingtime...More

DUMBO, short for "Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass," is a vibrant neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. Known for its stunning waterfront views, DUMBO offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern development. The cobblestone streets are lined with converted warehouses, now housing trendy shops, art galleries, and restaurants. One of the most iconic spots in DUMBO is the view of the Manhattan skyline from Washington Street, where the Manhattan Bridge frames the scene beautifully. The area is also home to Brooklyn Bridge Park, a popular destination for both locals and visitors, providing green spaces and recreational activities....More
