I've had this pizza spot on my list for a while now, Luigi's makes on the top of a bunch of pizza ranking lists.
Ordered one slice of the fresh mozzarella for $3.75. No matter the hour or the day they always have people queued up. I went at an off hour on a weekday there were some people but pizza came out hot and crispy within 5 mins. There's plenty of outdoor seating a some tables inside. Don't forget it's CASH ONLY so be prepared, there's also an atm if you need it inside. 💸
This has to be the crispiest and thinnest slice I've had in all of nyc. The sauce was just the right amount of acidity to balance out the richness from the mozzarella on top. Nothing to complain about this was a solid slice! I can see why they have so many regulars. 🔥 ...More
