Even before you reach your table, the restaurant's stunning interior design captivates you. Once you're served, the dishes are visually appealing and arrive promptly. As a group of 5 at brunch, our food was served about 15 minutes post@ ordering.
1. $10 Truffle Pommes Frites (parmesan, spicy aioli) ✅
- The fries were seasoned impeccably and remained crisp throughout the brunch. The spicy aioli wasn't as hot as anticipated, but a milder heat level is preferable.
2. $12 House-made Brioche Bread (everything spice, Sesame seeds, Seasonal assortment of butters) ❌
- The bread was quite good, but considering the price, we expected more quantity. The bread was soft and served piping hot. The accompanying butter didn't taste much different from the usual butter.
$14 Chocolate Croissants (crème anglasie) ✅
- These were simply delightful. Despite being served with crème anglasie underneath, the croissants maintained their flaky exterior and soft interior. We were given 3 pieces, which is a fair deal for the price.
3. $18 Bananas Foster Waffle (bruleed bananas, walnuts, buttery rum sauce) ✅
- You won't be able to resist after the first bite. The dish's flavors and textures blend so seamlessly with each other. The waffle was fluffy. The bananas were not overly cooked. The rum sauce tasted more like syrup than alcohol. The walnuts were only noticeable if you were actively seeking them.

Enjoyed date night at Louie Louie. The meal was superb. Almost didn't have room for dessert.?Love that it's right in University City, definitely a spot every college kid needs to visit before graduation. I heard their brunch menu is really good! ...More
