I can’t rave about this bakery enough, it’s a must visit!
This place is my all time favorite bakery in Jersey, if not the world. I’ve yet to have found somewhere better.
Liv’s Bread and Bakery is located in the heart of Millburn’s bustling downtown. It’s a Jewish bakery so the pastries include the best rugelach and babka. They usually have free sample on the display cases, so definitely grab a taste before you decide what you want. My go-to order in the morning is a vanilla latte with almond milk 🫖 and an almond croissant 🥐 If you’re stopping closer to lunch though, I’d recommend any of the salads 🥗 (but specifically the Caesar lol) and the margarita focaccia.
The seating used to be much more limited, but fortunately they just finished an expansion and added tons of new tables. I’m so glad because it really is a great place to sit and eat while chatting with some friends. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available, and the outdoor seating is dog friendly 🤍🐶
If you’re in the area around the holidays, you have to stop in and see if any of their seasonal treats catch your eyes. I usually grab a babka and quiche for Thanksgiving 🍗 and Christmas 🎄
Parking is limited, but there’s two large parking areas just across the street from the Bakery. I’d recommend parking, grabbing coffee and croissant from Liv’s and checking out what else Millburn has to offer!
