Levain Bakery Williamsburg located at 164 N 4th St. : These cookies were next-level. As soon as I took a bite, I got that perfect warm and soft texture — the kind that gently pulls apart, with melty pockets of chocolate still gooey in the center. The edges had the slightest crisp, just enough to give a little contrast without getting in the way of the chewy, decadent middle. Honestly felt like they came straight out of the oven. If you’re into cookies that melt in your mouth and feel like a warm hug, these are it. Flavors I tried included coconut cookie, chocolate chip walnut, and @double chocolate peanut butter!
