If you are around Little Village, I recommend La Cueva. It is a gay bar that has drag shows and has been around for a long time. Mostly plays Latin music and reggaeton, I don’t know how to dance to these genres of music but it was fun to watch others dancing, there was some older couples dancing which was very sweet. Definitely a Spanish speaking environment so you have to be comfortable with language barriers as an English speaker. My friend told me there is a $15 cover when they have drag shows. Another friend felt drinks were pricey but as a non-drinker I personally didn’t mind buying a slightly overpriced Red Bull in order to support a very special long-running establishment.
