This small restaurant satisfied my cravings for Peruvian food. Personally, I always head to NJ for some Peruvian food. However, the time and tolls to drive over can make that difficult. Therefore, I was excited when I discovered this place. Located right on 5th Ave, La Brasa Peruana is a small restaurant that has some traditional Peruvian food dishes. I’ve posted two dishes that I ordered from the last time I went. There is a menu in both English and Spanish as well as staff that are bilingual, which is pretty convenient. You can also order online for pick up.
I would recommend the traditional Pollo a la Brasa. Their rotisserie chicken is cooked really well which makes their chicken well-seasoned as well as juicy. It was a bit tricky to find parking here during dinner hours so plan accordingly!
