As someone who is NOT a terakawa fan (pls don’t attack me) it was so nice to have a nearby ramen spot for comfort food. Kyuramen’s new location recently opened up in philly and I just had to get their special combo that is for less than $30 and includes: a pork belly bao bun, Thai tea, tonkotsu ramen 🍜 and matcha pudding 🍵!

The Pork Cutlet Omurice with Curry Sauce is a dish that dreams are made of (and makes for quite the aesthetic video)! The pork cutlet is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the fluffy omelette and rich, flavorful curry sauce. The $25 set also comes with a dessert option- I opted for the matcha pudding which was topped with red beans!
Also tried the $16 Yakitori Set with 5 skewers (pork, chicken, beef, tofu, zucchini); it’s on the expensive side but if you do get it, definitely enjoy it while it's hot off the grill!...More

they finally opened a kyuramen in philly! i went for the grand opening and the wait is a little long, even on weekdays :( but it’s definitely worth the wait, the inside is beautifully done and the portions are pretty big for the price. 10/10 recommend :)...More
