I wish I took pictures of the sauna but such an amazing experience. First of all it’s $15 for first sauna and plunge session which is such a steal for how refreshed you feel after. I also tried out the compression boots. Especially as a pilates instructor i’m always in need of a good recovery and Kove is so affordable and effective. I definitely need to go back & couldn’t reccomend more!
