The broth? Simmered for 20 hours for that rich, soul-warming flavor ❤️ The birria ramen (limited/special menu item) brings the heat 🌶️, the Tonkotsu Black is creamy and garlicky 🧄, and the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen is fire 🔥 even without the meat.
Don’t skip the apps!! Takoyaki and the pork JINYA Bun are absolute musts 🥰 And yes, the panna cotta is worth the dessert stomach 🍮
