Tonight my boyfriend and I wanted to eat somewhere new, and we decided on Hudson Taco located in Newburgh, New York. We walked in and were surprised by how popular it was. Practically every seat was filled and there were a few families aside from us waiting to be seated with the hostess. After our meal I could definitely understand why it’s such a hot spot. I have only positive things to say from the food and drinks to the service!
We did not expect to be served quickly because of the amount of customers! Our drinks came out practically immediately and our food was brought out shortly following. We were so impressed and it worked out great because we were in a hurry. My coconut mocktail was heavenly and so was my boyfriend’s blueberry slushy! Our food was absolutely delicious! My rice bowl was so flavorful and as were our appetizers. For appetizers, we got street corn, 2 different vegetarian tacos, and guacamole. The guacamole such a generous portion. The prices were beyond reasonable, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the view of the river was the icing on top! We will hands down be returning here sometime!
