cold noodles are my favorite thing to eat once the weather warms up 😋
if you’re never had it, it’s light and refreshing, the noodles are so chewy and delicious!
Guksu Jip serves the ultimate bowl - their signature cold noodle soup is $18 for a huge family style portion. It includes so many unique toppings like watermelon and quail eggs.
Everything there is homemade and fresh! They also have warm dishes like grilled beef or sweet and sour pork, bibimbap, tofu soup.
The restaurant itself is small and definitely feels very homey. You serve yourself banchan and hot tea korean style.
It’s located in Queens but highly recommend you try it out if you’re looking for a hidden gem authentic korean spot!
