Spent a lovely day out in Rehoboth Beach and hiked the Gordon’s Pond Trail. 🐢 The trail is located in the Cape Henelopen State Park in Deleware.
The hike is about 6.5 miles long, out and back, is very well maintained, features lots of scenic views of this massive pond, and is teeming with wildlife. It is a good hike but it’s also perfect for biking!
Along the trail, there are several spots with beach access, so wear a swimsuit under your hiking gear so you can stop and cool off in the ocean!
This hike is also minutes away by car from the lovely Downtown boardwalk area of Rehoboth beach. When you’re done with your hike/swim, swing by the boardwalk to try all the yummy food and see the cute shops! ...More
