A personal favorite spot, Fiddlers Elbow is the perfect place to waste the day away during the summer months. Obviously, it is a country club so it’s a private venue, but if you have a membership or friends that are already members, I would definitely recommend checking the place out. Personally I’m not a fan of golf unless I’m getting drunk on the cart and tanning i between holes. However, if you are an avid golfer, Fiddlers Elbow has three separate courses — all insanely well kept and breathtaking. My personal spot to spend the day is pool. The deep end goes down to 10 or 15 feet I think, so it’s definitely a great pool if you’re looking to swim the day away. There’s also a snack bar and lunch cafe if you’re looking to grab some lunch. They have all the good novelty ice creams
and amazing smoothies/daiquiris. If you have kiddies, there’s a great pool for them to hang out as well. Ample seating and shade as well, so it really is an amazing spot to tan, read, swim, and nap. After you’ve spent the day enjoying all the luxuries the club has to offer, you have a couple of great options for dinner. If you’re looking to dress to the nines and enjoy a night of elegance, you can head to the Elbow Room for a night of delicious food and top tier service. Otherwise, you can enjoy the sun on the back porch while snacking on bar food. There’s also the restaurant inside on the bottom floor, if the weather outside isn’t too favorable. However you want to spend the day, you can find something entertaining to do at Fiddler’s!
