I had the pleasure of trying Ethiopian food for the first time tonight, and it was an unforgettable experience for both me and my friends. The food was beautifully presented on a large platter, reminiscent of the Filipino tradition of boodle fights, where everyone gathers around to share a meal. The highlight was definitely using our hands to eat, which added a personal touch and made the meal feel even more special. The flavors were rich and unique, and sharing this moment with friends made it all the more delightful. I can't wait to explore more Ethiopian dishes in the future!...More
