I would not consider this to be a regular date night spot, but this is an amazing way to spend an anniversary, birthday, or another special occasion! From the ambiance, to the food, to the service, this is a 5 star restaurant!
🪑This was formerly a bank so downstairs offers seating inside of the old bank vault, which I sadly forgot to take a picture of. The tables are pretty close together, which made it seem a little crammed, but everyone speaks in a subtle tone so you eventually forget your chair backs up to someone else. We placed a reservation and got seated at exactly that time. The service was amazing, though you have numerous servers attending to you. There was someone who brought our drinks, another person walking around refilling waters with a pitcher, and a third to deliver the food. There is a dress code though so dress to impress!
🍴You start your dinner with a glass of water and complimentary pull-apart buttered bread. There are no meal options so you buy everything separately. We chose steak, salmon, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. The serving size per side dish is well enough to feed 2-3 people. No side dish was under $10 and the steaks start at $50. They only cook their steaks Medium Rare, but even if you prefer no pink, you will still be extremely happy with how it tastes. The steak was not chewy and was bursting with flavor! The salmon was delicious, even if you don't prefer greens! The mashed potatoes were creamy after we mixed the butter in and the asparagus was seasoned to perfection. We chose chocolate mousse for our dessert. While it was extremely rich, the white mousse in the middle helped balance the flavor. The side cookie kind of tasted like a brownie brittle.
💸 Our bill came to a total of $220 after tip, but we are pretty generous tippers. The type of protein and amount of side dishes will determine your price! Happy eating besties! ...More
