Coylek
Iβve been fascinated by this cookie shop since I returned to NY in 2024.
I have been in NY on off for years now and after a hiatus abroad, this cookie company seemed to have exploded in popularity since I returned. Trust me I love a good cookie and was obsessed with Levain for a very long time/ Chip City/
even a good Insomnia cookie but after returning this Summer suddenly everywhere I looked there were tourists holding pink Crumbl boxes and I walked by the Chelsea store on a number of occasions to see queues around the corner. I was interested to try it if only to say it was not worth the hype. Finally one day by chance I came across a Crumbl stand at Bryant Park and it was empty! I was recommended the pink velvet - their twist of red velvet with a more subtle flavor and finished with a sweet cream cheese frosting.
I expected these cookies to be overrated but from that cookie I had - it really was delicious. Probably not something to eat all the time from a health perspective but something I certainly would recommend. I am super interested to hear others thoughts. ...More
NY Memories
There are so many ways to celebrate your birthday, and some businesses want to celebrate with you!
Crumbl, maman, and Ole and Steen all offer birthday treat rewards, just need to sign up on their website and download their app ahead of time.
I was able to pick any cookie at crumbl, get a chocolate chip cookie at maman, and a strawberry tart from Ole and Steen for free on my birthday! Bring a friend to share so you donβt go into a sugar overload haha...More
