Today I went inside their ancient Egyptian themed theater in west Davie for the first time. This place is wild - the whole main exterior and interior is themed around ancient Egypt, from floor to ceiling.
I went 4/13/25 and enjoyed watching the recently released King of Kings film for <$16. There’s a lot that can be said about the film’s production, but I can leave that for another discussion/time/place. What I loved about seeing King of Kings in this theater is in the movie and in history Jesus had to flee to Egypt as a young child, so the theater fit the movie setting for a little bit.
Pro tip: be sure you get you theater tickets for Cinemark Paradise 24 theater in Davie, NOT the Cinemark Egyptian 24 Theater in Maryland. Idk why there’s one in Maryland called that.
I’ll probably update this more later but due to the time-sensitive release of the film I want to post my experience today.
