Over the summer, I got the opportunity to visit Chapman Falls Trail located in East Haddam, CT. As someone who prioritizes hiking in as many new spots as possible, this one is certainly worth the mention! It is a scenic walk that begins with the bridge photographed. It is a beautiful bridge to take photos on! There is also a gorgeous waterfall.😍
My boyfriend and I had a lovely afternoon here. We got some exercise & fresh air, took pretty pics, and we even brought a packed lunch and had a picnic in one of the many scenic spots. It is so peaceful and quiet here, all you can hear is the water and it is so calming! I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re a local and love nature!
