I recently took a new class to start my weaving journey, and had such a great time learning about looms and weaving.
The class was at the Catskills School of Weaving in a Brooklyn artist studio. There were 5 looms total at the studio, and it was a full class. I registered for the Intro to Weaving class, which was 12 hours and the duration was an entire weekend. The class is bit pricey, but so worth it if you are looking to learn the basics about weaving on a loom, and I walked away with first finished loom tapestry that doubled as a scarf.
Highly recommend this class for those that are looking for new creative endeavors that can turn out to be hours of fun. 🧶
